Our Organic Ground Sumac Powder has a slightly fruity aroma, with a tangy lemon/sour flavour, and it is used widely across Middle Eastern, Indian, and South Asian cuisine. Sumac is excellent for use in rubs and marinades, roasted vegetables, grilled chicken, and it is fantastic with seafood. It also serves as a great garnish for dips and is one of the key ingredients in the Za’atar blend.
